release dates of v17.0+17.1 -----> last weekend of April ,27-28/04/2013

the release would be like this:

release on OTA base 17.0 to benefit our users

after 3 hours release of update 17.1 and publish links for download of base 17.0

17.1 would be ONLY from OTA
